We phoned Dean in connection with a dripping shower. He came round promptly to look at the problem and give us a quote. He outlined, in non-technical language, the work required and the time frame within which he could do it, even offering us a late evening appointment if we were desperate for the job to be done. He did his homework by contacting the manufacturers of the shower and he completed the job at the time that he had said that he would and the charge was in line with the quote. That night, we noticed a problem with the hot water pump to the top floor, which we thought might be related to the earlier job, and we rang him at 8 next morning. Though he already had a job planned out of the Chiswick area, he came round immediately and sorted out the new pump problem. Although he was here for another 30 minutes, and it turned out that the new problem may have had nothing to do with Dean's earlier repair, he refused to charge an additional sum. We recommend him highly as a good, professional and pleasant local plumber.
